Bollington Insurance Brokers is pleased to announce that it is one of the sponsors of Ollie's Ball - an event to raise money for Cancer Research UK's new research facility at Christies Hospital, Manchester - taking place on the evening of Saturday, 30th November at Hillbark Hotel, Wirral.
Olivia Battye is an inspirational cancer survivor who battled through several bouts of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to fight off the illness, and has subsequently gone on to win a tennis scholarship at a US university. She has already helped to raise substantial donations for cancer charities in recent years since her original diagnosis with Ewings Sarcoma bone cancer in 2009, and will be speaking at the event that is being held in her honour.
In addition to live music and entertainment, there will be raffle and auction prizes to raise further monies on the night. Paul Moors, CEO of Bollington, said, “We are proud at Bollington to be a sponsor of the event and look forward to a fabulous evening for a great cause.”
